Policies
Deposit and Final Payment:

A 25% down
payment is due at time of booking - Balance is due and payable 60 days
prior to arrival.

We take Visa,
American Express MasterCard or direct bank transfer.

Your
balance is automatically processed on your credit card 60 days prior to
arrival.
Cancellation Policy
-
First
night is non-refundable. Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will
forfeit full amount unless booking is replaced.

All
refunds are subject to CDN$100.00 service charge plus credit card
merchant fees.
Security Deposit:

We require
a credit card and signature by the cardholder at registration in the
amount of $3,000.00. Any charges incurred arising from property
damage, missing inventory or excessive cleaning will be paid by the
guest.

Respect for the property and the the neighbours is greatly appreciated.

parking passes subject to $100 charge.

Complimentary
parking for (3) vehicles provided.

ensure parking pass is placed on rear view mirror or you will be towed
at your expense.
Housekeeping:

Condo
is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

Condo
is self contained & will be stocked with towels & linens.

A mid-stay
clean is included for holidays more than seven nights.

Additional
housekeeping can be arranged for a nominal fee. Please arrange at least
60 days prior to arrival.

We require
at least one guest in the unit to be over 25 years old.

A
reservation is for a specific number of guests. Parties
larger than the agreed number at time of booking will be subject to
eviction unless there was a confirmed prior arrangement!

We reserve
the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer due to
excessive noise or property abuse. Please be considerate and observe
quiet time of 11 p.m. to 8 a.m..
Liability:

The booking guest and all members of the said guest's party (the "Guests") agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the home. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any invitees. We (the "Property Owner") reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment or breach of rental conditions. We (the "Property Owner") shall not be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the property owner , and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.

understand that you are renting a privately owned condo. Please treat
